Meet the people who are the driving force behind the Dayne Carvalho Foundation.
Davin Carvalho is our President and the youngest brother of Dayne. He has two daughters, Tylar and Camryn and currently works at Volcom in Waikiki. He resides in Waianae and surfs and golfs when not working or spending time with his girls.
Darrid Carvalho is a Director and the second youngest brother of Dayne. He is married to Teresa and has two sons, Kala and Halai and works at Pearl Harbor Shipyard as a crane mechanic. He resides in Kahaluu and fishes with his Ohana when not working.
Dansen Carvalho is the oldest brother of Dayne. He is married to Alison and together they have 2 sons, Kaleo and Donovan and 2 daughters, Lexi and Miya. Dansen owns Dansen’s Auto Repair where his oldest son is his apprentice. He resides in Kahala where they enjoy golfing and barbecuing in their spare time.
Janel Romero is co-Treasurer and one of Dayne’s twin sisters. She is married to Kekai and has two daughters, Jazmine who is married to Keith, and Jalen; and one son, Kaison. She is a real estate agent with a broker license and resides in Kapolei. She is running around for her children when she isn’t working!
Jadean DeCastro is Dayne’s other twin sister and the eldest of them all. She is married to Louie and resides in Kapolei. She enjoys traveling around the world with her husband at every opportunity. Jadean has been a property manager for over 17 years.
Charles Cintron is co-Treasurer and was Dayne’s long time, childhood friend. He is married with 2 children living in Wai’anae. He is a Pilot with Hawaiian Airlines who loves fishing. He started his business GT Fight Club where he sells fishing supplies and does charters.
Mary Ing is Jadean and Janel’s classmate from Kamehameha Schools. Residing in Halawa, she is a widow of 5 children who lost her husband to suicide in 2008. After losing her husband, she worked hard to earn her Master’s degree in Nursing. She is dedicated to help educate others about suicide awareness and prevention.
Wendy Brown is also a Kamehameha Schools classmate of Jadean, Janel and Mary. She is a resident of Ewa, and truly, a servant with a heart. Wendy is the queen of volunteering and has a passion for helping and serving. Always there when a hand is needed and does it with a smile. She is the Senior Administrative Assistant at Hawai’i Association of Realtors.
Ryan Kauanui was one of Dayne’s long time friends. They share of love of the ocean, golf and music. They were in a few bands together (Middleton, Whitelines, and The B-Side Conspiracy). Ryan is married with 2 children and lives in Wahiawa. He is a DoD contractor and is also in the Hawaii Air National Guard. Ryan is an avid martial artist and started his own dojo, Central Oahu Jiu-Jitsu Academy in Wahiawa.
Noel Kauanuiis Ryan’s wife. She is the daughter of a Pastor on the North Shore. She works along side of her husband at Central Oahu Jiu-Jitsu Academy where she leads the women’s classes. Noel has a talent and passion for baking. She is a wonderful baker.
